Find your size
Every Team Awsum product page has its own size chart, because fit varies between styles. This guide explains how to use those charts, and helps you choose between our sports bras and leggings.
How to read our size charts
Women's kit uses UK dress sizes: XS (8), S (10), M (12), L (14) and XL (16). Choose your usual UK dress size.
Men's T-shirts use chest size in inches: S (34"), M (38"), L (42"), XL (46"), 2XL (49") and 3XL (52"). Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
Body or garment measurements? Some charts show measurements of the garment itself, laid flat or measured around the item, rather than your body. These are marked "actual garment" on the product page. Compare them with a similar piece of kit you already own and like the fit of.

Not sure? If you want adjustable straps and a fastening you can fine-tune, choose the Ultimate. For a seamless pull-on feel, choose the Viper Motion or Performance bra.
