How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. For orders under £75, delivery costs £4.95.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail and take approximately 5–10 working days from receipt of your order. We’ll let you know if there’s a delay or we’re unable to fulfil your order. See our Shipping and Delivery page.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. International delivery costs £25 and uses Royal Mail. Allow approximately 7–14 working days for your items to be created and delivered. Import duties or customs fees may also apply and are your responsibility. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details and delivery restrictions.
Will I receive a dispatch confirmation?
Yes. We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched so you know it’s on its way.
How can I check a delayed order?
Check your dispatch email for delivery information and any tracking link provided. If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, email info@team-awsum.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll look into it for you.
Can I change my order before it is dispatched?
Email info@team-awsum.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check whether it is still possible; please don’t assume a change has been made until we confirm it.
Can I change my delivery address?
We’re unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched. If you notice an error before dispatch, email info@team-awsum.com as soon as possible so we can check whether a change is possible.
Which size should I choose?
Use the size guide on the individual product page, as measurements and fit vary between styles. Our Sizing Chart page also directs you to each item’s guide. If you need help, email info@team-awsum.com with the product name and your sizing question.
Are the size charts body measurements or garment measurements?
Check the notes on the specific product’s chart. Some guides use garment measurements, including widths measured with the item laid flat, rather than measurements around your body. Follow the measuring instructions for that item and compare with a similar garment where advised.
How do I choose a sports bra support level?
Our Viper Motion Sports Bra offers medium-impact support. The Ultimate Fully Adjustable Sports Bra is described as suitable for medium-to-high impact exercise and has adjustable crossover straps, a three-position fastening and sewn-in cups. Our Performance Sports Bra has a seamless, body-sculpting design, but its product description does not specify an impact rating. Check the individual size guide and contact us if you need help matching a bra to your activity and fit preferences.
What is the difference between Performance and Compression Performance leggings?
Both black styles are described as having a compression fit. The Performance Leggings have a slightly high-waisted design, an inner waistband pocket and 90% polyester / 10% elastane fabric. The Compression Performance Leggings are full-length, with an inner key pocket, two mesh side pockets and 88% polyester / 12% elastane fabric. Compare each style’s size guide before choosing.
Where can I find fabric and fit information?
Fabric composition, fit features and sizing are listed on individual product pages. These details vary by style, so check the specific item rather than assuming every product in a range uses the same fabric. Email info@team-awsum.com if you need a detail that is not listed.
How should I wash my Team Awsum activewear?
Follow your garment’s care label. Our general recommendation is to turn activewear inside out and wash it cold with similar colours. Avoid fabric softener and bleach. See our Washing Care Instructions for more guidance.
Can I tumble-dry my activewear?
We recommend air-drying wherever possible. If the garment’s care label permits tumble-drying, use the lowest heat setting and avoid dryer sheets.
How do I arrange a return?
Please read our Refunds and Returns page for eligibility, conditions and instructions. Email info@team-awsum.com for help arranging your return and obtaining a returns number. Keep your proof of purchase and proof of postage.
What should I do if an item is faulty?
Email info@team-awsum.com before returning the item so our team can review the issue and provide instructions. Include your order number and a description of the problem.
