Shipping and Delivery

 

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £75.00 or over

For orders under £75.00 delivery is £4.95

For international shipping the shipping charge is £25.00

The Standard Shipping to UK mainland will be sent via Royal Mail and will take 5-10 working days from receipt of order. 

Once your order has been despatched we will send you a confirmation email to let you know it's on its way.

Once your order has been despatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. 

If for any reason, and in the unlikely event, that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please inform us as soon as possible. Preferably no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your email.

The international shipping charge is £25.00. Your order/s maybe subject to import duties and custom fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your countries tax office in advance of your order. Team Awsum is not responsible/liable for import duties and any additional, associated costs.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the International Royal Mail service. Your items will be created and delivered within approximately 7-14 working days. We can track your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

International Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.

Please note, we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
