With a 90-degree handle turn you can enjoy fast spinning and double unders without the frustration of kinking or tangling.
We know everybody trains differently, and in different locations. This cleverly thought out package includes an optional cable protector, perfect for those training on concrete surfaces, significantly reducing the wear on the cable and dramatically extending the life of the rope. For those training on a softer surface the protector can be removed.
The handles are fully adjustable using the standard screw system. But knowing what it can be like to lose a screw, you get 2 spares.
The rope is 9ft in length, giving complete adjustability, for athletes of all heights. The rope can be adjusted and then cut to your preferred length if required. The kit includes end caps, so once the adjustments have been made you can pop the caps on, meaning no abrasive ends.
We also give you a handy carry case so you can keep your rope and accessories neatly stowed in your kit bag.
